Vision

The 100 Black Men of Grenada, Inc. seeks to serve as a beacon of leadership by utilizing its diverse talents to create an environment where children are motivated to achieve and to empower our people to become self-sufficient shareholders in the economic and social fabric of Grenada and surrounding communities.

Value

The 100 Black Men of Grenada, Inc. is committed to the intellectual development of its youth and the economic empowerment of African-Americans based upon the following precepts: respect for family, spirituality, justice and integrity.

Mission

To improve the quality of life in Grenada and surrounding communities, and enhance educational and economic opportunities for all African Americans.

Four the Future

Mentoring - Mentoring young people in at-risk environments through one-on-one relationships, providing peer models, monitoring student programs from elementary through high school, preparing young people for careers and citizenship, and encouraging them to give volunteer community service.
Education - Recognizing and promoting academic excellence, identifying at-risk students who have potential, providing in-school mentors and introducing computer literacy.
Economic Development - Training youth leaders in entrepreneurial skills, wealth creation, providing jobs, initiating business development and entrepreneurial strategies, and teaching communities about economic development and money management skills.
Health and Wellness - Holding health forums and blood drives, conducting screenings, presenting anti-violence programs, encouraging communities and churches to address HIV/AIDS, hypertension, diabetes, and prostate cancer.
